Delivery & Returns

Delivery: 

There is currently a 3 Week turnaround on most Sensory items as they are all handmade to order. At busy periods e.g Easter and Christmas, this may slightly increase so please order with this in mind and allow additional time. 

If you require your item sooner e.g special occasion please contact me as I will do my best to accommodate. 

All items are sent 2nd class unless you specify you would another method. I rely heavily on Royal Mail and occasionally this is delayed. Please contact me if you have any problems with delivery. 

Returns: 

I am unable to offer returns unless there is a problem with your item. 

Please do not allow your baby/child to use this as a teething toy due to small parts.  Please check for signs of wear and tear before every use and dispose of accordingly. All ribbons should be used under adult supervision only.
